Looking to bring excitement and cheer back to Holiday travel, Canada’s preferred airline, WestJet, brought joy and happiness to WestJet guests, employees, charitable partners, and media by creating and sharing a first-of-its-kind “real-time giving” experience. WestJet delighted unsuspecting travellers with a real-time holiday miracle, delivering personalized gifts to guests arriving in Calgary. Having secretly captured the experience on 19 hidden cameras, WestJet unveiled its second annual holiday video “The WestJet Christmas Miracle” on its YouTube page, December 9, 2013. Mosaic's PR team supported the campaign by developing and executing a communications strategy that promoted the video through social media and national media relations outreach.
