Eric Emerson Schmidt (born April 27, 1955) is an American software engineer, businessman, as well as the executive chairman of Alphabet Inc. In 2013, Forbes ranked Schmidt as the 138th-richest person in the world, with an estimated wealth of $9.1 billion.

As an intern at Bell Labs, Schmidt did a complete re-write of Lex, a program to generate lexical analysers for the Unix computer operating system. From 1997 to 2001, he was chief executive officer of Novell. From 2001 to 2011, he served as the CEO of Google. He served on various other boards in academia and industry, such as the boards of trustees for both Carnegie Mellon University and Princeton University.

Lawrence "Larry" Page (born March 26, 1973) is an American computer scientist and internet entrepreneur who co-founded Google Inc. with Sergey Brin, and will be the future CEO of the proposed conglomerate, Alphabet Inc. Page is the inventor of PageRank, Google's best-known search ranking algorithm. As of November 2014, Google has 55,600 employees and operates in more than 40 countries.

Sergey Mikhaylovich Brin (Russian: Серге́й Миха́йлович Брин; born August 21, 1973) is a Russian-born American computer scientist and internet entrepreneur who, together with Larry Page, co-founded Google, one of the world's most profitable Internet companies. According to Hurun Global Rich List 2015 he is jointly one of three people listed as 18th richest in the world (21 overall) with a net worth of US$30 billion.

Brin immigrated to the United States with his family from the Soviet Union at the age of 6. He earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Maryland, following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps by studying mathematics, as well as computer science. After graduation, he moved to Stanford University to acquire a PhD in computer science. There he met Page, with whom he later became friends. They crammed their dormitory room with inexpensive computers and applied Brin's data mining system to build a web search engine. The program became popular at Stanford and they suspended their PhD studies to start up Google in a rented garage.

Dopo gli studi artistici e la laurea in Architettura a Venezia nel 1980, lavora presso alcune agenzie pubblicitarie italiane: Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Canard e Gruppo Armando Testa. Nel 1997 fonda a Milano la Lorenzo Marini & Associati, agenzia con filiali a Forlì e Torino e che nel 2010 apre una sede a New York.

Nella sua carriera da art director viene insignito di oltre 300 premi nazionali e internazionali, tra cui il Leone d’Oro di Cannes al Festival internazionale della pubblicità per la campagna Agnesi nel 1985. Artista multidisciplinare[ si dedica negli anni a numerose attività: dal cartooning alla regia, alla pittura[ e in particolare alla scrittura, con la pubblicazione di alcuni saggi e di due romanzi.Ha condotto per Rai Radio 2 ‘Il giorno della marmotta’, programma sulla creatività, in coppia con Dario Vergassola.
