In an attempt to increase the numbers of its customers using online banking, Garanti Bank identified those customers in its database who still hadn't logged on, and targeted them with a personalized video campaign. Clients were sent an email, which when they opened linked to a video of a TV news flash - announcing them as the last person on earth to use online banking.
