Born in Milan in 1969, in the early part of his career he has gained professional experience as Marketing and Communication Director at some relevant international companies.Since he joined Banca Mediolanum in 2000, he has worked in 'Training & Development Department’ contributing to the creation and the launch of the 'School for the Development of Human Potential'. He has conceived, planned and oversaw the launch of Mediolanum Corporate University, the educational institute serving the whole Mediolanum Community (Sales network, Headquarters as well as Customers) which has won in March 2013 the "Second Best Corporate University award in the World" issued by the Global Council of Corporate Universities.Focusing on the future, the change and the new ways of understanding marketing, and on the Relational communication and Corporate Education, he held the role of Marketing and Communications Director to become, in April 2014, Marketing Communication and Innovation Director of Banca Mediolanum.He's also author of a blog called "Thoughts for the Third Millennium" (www.oscardimontigny.it) where he explores and analyzes how future megatrends will determine the new social and market scenarios.
